SUN SHADE SAILS
Protect yourself from the sun simply and for a small outlay. Sun shade sails are ideal when you want to create your own little oasis of calm in the garden or on the terrace. They can also be used to cover café gardens or festival areas.
The dense polyethylene fabric blocks the sun's rays, and simple mounting lets you put it up wherever you like. The material is durable and weather resistant, so you don't need to take it down all summer.
Unlike large parasols, shade sails take up no valuable space and won't get in the way when you set out tables and furniture in the shade. Packed away they take up little room and are easy to store until next summer – a storage bag is included.
Advantages of sun shade sails
The main purpose of a shade sail is to protect you from the sun. The densely woven fabric blocks over 70% of the rays while letting air through, so the atmosphere stays pleasant. We offer two colours (grey and beige) that fit easily into any setting.
Unlike parasols, which need a base and take up valuable space in the shade, shade sails hang overhead and stay out of your way. You are completely free to arrange the space as you like.
Besides giving you shade and a place to relax on hot days, the space will look more pleasant and modern. With such a simple product you can create a mini café in your garden or on your terrace.
Features of sun shade sails
As mentioned, they are made of quality polyethylene that is 100% resistant to all weather. We still recommend taking the sail down when winter and frequent storms arrive.
The edges are reinforced, and each corner has a rust-proof stainless steel ring. These are for tying a rope on one side and fixing it to a building or tree on the other.
Three shapes are available: triangle, square and rectangle. Each shape comes in grey and beige, in different sizes. We are sure one of the models will fit the space you want to shade.
The package includes a storage bag for the winter months when the sail is not in use, and 4 ropes of 1.5 m for fixing it.
How to put up a sun shade net
There is a ring at each corner of the sail. Pass one end of a rope through the ring and tie a firm knot; do the same at every corner. Tie the other ends of the ropes to a building or tree; if a rope is too short, extend it with an extra one.
Make sure to tension it well and tie it firmly so the wind cannot carry it away. Tied correctly and firmly, it will stay in place all summer.
We recommend tying it at an angle on one or two symmetrical sides, so rain, leaves and other debris do not collect on it.
Where to buy a sun shade sail
Don't believe everything you hear: there are many copies on the market that are not good enough to withstand strong wind or rain. If you want a sail that, once put up, lasts the whole summer and serves you for many years, buy a quality one made for the purpose.
We offer only quality, specialised nets that we have been making for more than 20 years. If you have any questions or would like to order, contact us by phone or e-mail.
