Terms of use
Effective from:
These terms apply to the use of the website sigmapromet.rs (the "site"), owned by SIGMA PROMET DOO ZA PROIZVODNJU PLASTIČNIH MREŽA, PROMET ROBA I USLUGA BEČEJ, a limited liability company, Svetozara Markovića br. 104, 21220 Bečej, Serbia ("Sigma Promet"). By using the site you accept these terms, so please read them carefully. In case of any discrepancy, the Serbian version prevails.
Sigma Promet may change the site or these terms at any time. Changes apply from their publication on this page, and the date of the latest change is shown at the top. We recommend reviewing the terms from time to time.
Purpose of the site and product information
The site presents Sigma Promet, its products and services. The product catalogue is for information only: descriptions, dimensions, colours and photos are not a legally binding offer, and prices are not published here ("price on request"). Orders can be placed in our webshop at shop.sigmapromet.rs, which has its own terms of sale, or by direct agreement with us.
We publish information to the best of our knowledge and aim to keep it accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, correct or current. Photos are illustrative and colours may differ from the actual product. Before relying on any information (for example when choosing a material for a specific use), please confirm it with us.
Intellectual property
Texts, photos, the logo, design and other content of the site are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. Unless stated otherwise, the rights holder is Sigma Promet. Names and trademarks of the manufacturers whose products we sell, and certain photos and videos of third parties, belong to their owners and are used with their permission or under licence.
You may view, print or save content of the site for personal use and for doing business with us, provided you do not remove copyright or trademark notices. Any other use, in particular copying, publishing on other websites or in publications, and commercial use, requires our prior written consent.
Limitation of liability
You use the site at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, Sigma Promet is not liable for damage resulting from the use of the site or inability to use it, from reliance on its information, or from interruptions of service. While we work to keep the site secure, we cannot guarantee that it is free of errors or malicious software; we recommend an up-to-date browser and antivirus protection.
Sending a message through the site or by e-mail does not create a contract. A purchase contract is formed only when an order is accepted in the webshop or by separate agreement with Sigma Promet.
Links to other websites
The site contains links to, and embedded content from, third parties, such as Google Maps and YouTube videos. Sigma Promet does not control those websites and is not responsible for their content, availability or the way they process data. Their own terms of use and privacy policies apply.
Messages you send us
When you write to us through the contact form or by e-mail, you are responsible for the accuracy of what you send and for not infringing the rights of others. We use that information to reply to you, as described in the Privacy policy, and we do not publish it.
It is not permitted to use the site in a way that disrupts its operation, to send unsolicited or automated messages, or to attempt unauthorised access to any part of the site or the systems it runs on.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and the use of the site are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. Disputes fall within the jurisdiction of the competent court in Bečej, unless the law (in particular consumer protection law) provides otherwise.

Questions about these terms can be sent to info@sigmaprom.rs or through the contact page.
