Drainage (INTERDRAIN):
Interdrain is made by continuously extruding two intersecting strands of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) to form a high-profile biaxial net structure. Equally spaced ribs crossing at 60 degrees keep open high-capacity flow channels for discharging water or collecting gas. The biaxial geonet design gives high flow in both the machine and the cross direction. The ability to flow fully in every direction is critical because of uneven surfaces caused by settlement and construction.
Interdrain resists the chemical and biological agents normally present in soil and waste; it is also stabilised with carbon black against ultraviolet degradation.
