Field Sales Representative – Western Serbia, Šumadija and Central Serbia

We are looking for an experienced, independent sales representative who knows the agricultural sector well, understands the needs of farmers and has proven experience in growing sales and business relationships with customers.

• Territory: Western Serbia, Šumadija and Central Serbia
• Employment: full time, field work

Key responsibilities

• Independently run sales activities in the assigned territory.
• Actively sell products from our range in the agricultural sector.
• Maintain and improve relationships with existing customers.
• Find new customers and grow the sales network.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close sales.
• Prepare quotes and follow up on the delivery of agreed deals.
• Follow up on collection of receivables and payment deadlines.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs.
• Plan field activities and report regularly on results.
• Take part in meeting sales targets and developing the market.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in field sales.
• Experience selling products for agriculture is a significant advantage.
• Good knowledge of the agricultural market and farmers' needs.
• An existing network of business contacts in the agricultural sector is desirable.
• Proven results in sales, negotiation and winning new customers.
• Strong communication, negotiation and organisational skills.
• A high degree of independence, responsibility and focus on results.
• Willingness to do field work and travel every day.
• Active use of computers and business software.
• Category B driving licence.

Preferred candidates

• Know the market for agricultural equipment, inputs or related products.
• Have experience working with farmers, distributors and agricultural pharmacies.
• Have a well-developed network of contacts in Western Serbia, Šumadija and Central Serbia.
• Can take responsibility for growing sales and meeting defined targets.
